Goals for 20.03.-20.04.

  1. Hungry ‘till dinner? Drink water first, if that doesn’t help - apple or nuts.
  2. Only, ONLY eat at table. No eating in car, on my way or whatever.
  3. Make smart choices - organic over non-organic, no crisps, cola and other stuff that contains bad chemicals.
  4. Workout EVERYDAY. 30 day shred!
  5. Don’t, DON’T make excuses! No excuses, just do the right thing.
  6. Having enough sleep (~ 8 hours, minimum)
  7. Always getting breakfast! Too much pizzas in school lately.

Day 2

2nd day of workout!  Surprisingly, this time it felt easier. At least I didn’t think that Jillian is out of her mind at all, when yesterday I thought of that like 10x.
